To function effectively as a Learning Management System, EBC Global Ltd needs to gather and utilize information about individuals it interacts with. This includes current, former, and potential employees, clients, partners, and suppliers. Regardless of how this personal information is collected, stored, or used it must be managed appropriately. • Directly from you via our website
• Directly from your employer i.e. the data controller
• Your recruitment agency
• From prospective customers via a contact form on our website
• During the entire course of the contractual relationship and throughout all work-related activities

How long we keep information

The Company will retain personal data only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was gathered and processed. This includes meeting any legal, regulatory, health and safety, reporting, or accounting obligations.

For instance, electronic client records, such as purchase histories and training certificates/results, are retained for up to six years to comply with Department for Transport audit requirements.
